omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Nov 18, 2007 Draught at the brewpub. Hazy darkish amber, small head. Ligtly buttery and lemony. Medium sweet with somecranberry notes. The ginger flavour I cannot sense , instead there’s more of a berry flavour. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel and low bitterness. My least favourites if the four offerings at this brewpub. DruncanVeasey (1720), No. 46, Leicestershire, Germany Nov 2, 2007 At the brewpub. Reddish haze ringed with off-white froth. Strawberry jelly aroma. Watery berryish fruit with a trace of liquorice. Alledgedly contains ginger. Bit like a low alcohol diluted altbier. Really not sure where they’re going with this one...... larsga (2293), Oslo, Norway Sep 5, 2007 Medium offwhite head. Hazy amber body with carbonation. Sweet, faintly gingery, fruity aroma. Sweetish spicy caramelly gingery taste with peppery notes, quite harmonic. Very slightly watery. Dry watery caramelly aftertaste. A little too watery, but still good and highly drinkable. Very nice! Hazy dark amber colour. Sweetness and ginger in aroma. Big on Co2. Ginger backbone in flavour. Finish is bit sourish. Not at all malty. Ginger ginger ginger. Why? Nekronos (1943), Xalapa, Mexico Apr 11, 2006 A little better than the Jasne, but still being Ginger, it grasps in the troath, but it was not as that strong you may think.
