On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazed golden colored body with a finger-width, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is lighter with some DMS, touches of fruit, grass, and a bit of a bready pils malt note. Flavor is better. Lightly sweetened, somewhat bready pils malts with a light grassiness and fruitiness throughout. Just a touch of DMS, but not like the aroma. Finishes clean and dry with a light grassy bitterness before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent pils. The aroma wasn’t too great, but the flavor was nice enough. Not bad.

The head is ok, the body yellow and cloudy. It smells yeasty, malty, tannins. The taste is yeasty, malty, a bit hoppy. Overall very yeasty, medium. 11/8/8/8/-/8

Draught @ C.K.Browar, Krakow. Hazy yellow coloured beer with almost no carbonation and a small white head. Light sweet malty hinted aroma. Medium palate. Finish is sweet malty and light herby hinted. Medium.

Draught at the brewpub. Rural bread, straw and yeast aroma trying to fight with lots of sweet corn. Seriously, this one smells like a really good beer mixed with a good dose of water from a can of corn. The taste is also a battleground for this dualism of flavours, topped off by a light bitterness. If they can get rid of this flaw, this one would be a really nice beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Almost clear pale golden body with a small collapsing white head. Aroma is weak grainy/cereal and a bit floral. Not much flavor here, weak malty with a soft floral touch and a light grassy finish. Thin body and low bitterness, I heard this beer tends to vary a bit in quality, so I might just be unfortunate with my day.

Yellow color, white head. Spicy, pepper aroma with some banana. Bready flavor, some banana, some pepper. The best beer from this brewpub.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow color with a small nice head. Aroma is malty with some notes of hops (polish hops?). Flavour is malty and lightly hoppy with a medium bitterness. There’s also some special house-flavour to it, but I can’t really define it. It’s OK, with some character. Body is light, the carbonation is medium. Not bad, but it was my least favourite of the beers I tried at C.K.

Draught at the brewpub. Lagery aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour is refreshing, starts off with a good spicy hoppiness. Good maltiness. Distinct bitterness, slightly grapey and quite clean.

Keg at C.K.Browar Brewpub, Krakow. Clouded gold with white head. I thought this was quite wheaty in character, with a slightly sour grain note. It is dry and light and improves toa dry sharp finish. Reasonable.
