This Irish dry stout has been handcrafted using only the finest ingredients to create a beer, full of character and of true Irish pedigree just like that of the ’immortal black’ Master McGrath.
A traditional dry stout, combining rich roasted malts with hints of coffee and dark fruit, balanced carefully by the earthy hops - smooth on the palate with a lingering dry finish!

500ml bottle at Porterhouse Cork. Chilled, would have prefered it off the shelf. Pours a dark charcoal with a layer of tan bubbles on the top. Nice aroma of nuts, coffee and bread. Light chocolate sweetness followed by a medium coffee bitterness on tasting. Dry, full finish, with quite lively carbonation for a stout. Lingering mocha aftertaste. Perfectly pleasant, but nothing spectacular.

Flaska. Svart öl med moccafärgat skum. Mycket mörk choklad i doften tillsammans med inslag av soja, tobaksrökighet och oklar frukt. Smakar detsamma men är aningen tunn, och inte heller den där torra munkänslan infinner sig riktigt.
