2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a light copper color with a citrus fruit aroma. Taste is of grapefruit, light lime and zest. A clean finish to this beer. The bitter hops aftertaste hits the palate with a punch but then quickly disappears by the time you swallow. A light tasting Imperial/Double IPA that was surprisingly refreshing.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Similar to the Del IPA, this DIPA is more a muddle of hops to me. Probably more due to my cleaner preference in my hop bombs. Good strength to it and the malt backbone is good but not quite there for me.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On draft at the brewery. This beer poured a hazy golden orange pour with a nice small white head. I love that they didn’t serve it in a pint glass like most places. I can definitely pick up on the simcoe hops in the aroma of this beer, they give off a faint hint of white onions but its nicely mixed with Falconer’s Flight which give it a nice fruity aroma. The taste of this beer is very nicely balanced between sweetness and bitterness. The stuff goes down way too easy. Very well done guys. RIP Dude!
