Murky, turbid dark brown pour with a dense khaki head. Nose is heavy on the roasted malt. Some hints of chocolate and cocoa powder. A bit of earth and chalk with minimal sweetness. The flavor is a bit bitter and very heavy on the roast. Chalk, dark fruits, mild molasses sweetness, and lots of coffee grounds and cocoa powder.
