Cask at the Bulls Head, Croydon. It pours clear amber with a medium off-white head. The nose is wood, earth, spice and hint of caramel. The taste is wood, leather, earth, some spice, decent bitterness, leaf and just a touch of caramel to balance it out with a long, dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Actually quite lively for cask. A much more accomplished brew than there other first offerings. Well balanced. Good stuff.

From Surbiton dry-hopped beer festival. Decent earthy hop character but I found this one quite generic. Reasonable session beer.
