Cask conditioned at The Wooolpack, Banbury. Clouded Gold to Amber with slight head. Some strange carbonisation going on here, don’t know what that is about, thin and really quite understated. i would love to appreciate Clarks beers, but somehow they never hit the heights.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Squirrel Inn Rugby. A copper coloured beer with a whitish head. The aroma is pretty hoppy. The taste is a bit green at first and not the best, but it develops into a pretty decent beer with some citricity from the hops. A bit of an oddball, but drinkable.

Cask, handpump at the Woolpack, Banbury, Oxon 18-02-08 Golden in colour with some haze detected, strange aroma to this with what smells like cats piss in there, never mind. Putting tha aroma to one side this was actually ok, quite refreshing fruity and bitterness is alright, not as good as the barman was telling me it was and nowhere near as good as the Mild which I’d had before.
