3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Mousels Cantine and at the brewpub. It poured a hazy pale yellow liquid with a white head. Lightly malty, with a slight sour touch and wheat beer aromas. Very mild and light but also very easy to drink. Worked well with the food at Mousels Cantine.

The choice of filtered (Pils) or Non filtre (Gezwickelt) and I choose the non filtered. Hazy pale yellow with a white, frothy, slides off the glass lacy, lasting white head. Smells like a Corona, with light citrus, pale malt and grass. Light thin body with frothy carbonation. Tastes of soft citrus extract with a bit of cardboard, grainy malt, and a soft citrus finish. It’s a light ok beer. Not sure it’s worth the effort.

I really liked the lighter flavor and pleasant aromas of this beer, and found it to be very drinkable. I have worked through and enjoy many of the fine Belgian ales, but was pleasantly surprised to find this example in Luxembourg. It has a very lightly hopped and smooth flavor, and is a nice alternative to the heavier browns so common across the border. I hope this is an indication of where Luxembourg beers could be going in the future.

Yes hazy yellow. Nice fluffy white head settles fast. A bit yeasty, and citrus sours. Worked will with the Leg of Pork. Overall the beer was good. Does have a nice alcohol kick which did surprise me.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light yellow, normally served in a clay mug. It hase a taste of white bread an lemon peal. I like it more than the clear clausel, because it shows a bit more caracter.

Yellow, fizzy, light cloudy, frothy white head. White bread, hint of orange peel. Very light. Watery body, made for drinkability. But it has to least some character to it. Definitely better than the clear version.
