from bottle. skunky and artificial aroma of some floral hops and multivitamin juice. looks like an average pilsner in the glass. i can’t hardly describe the disgust i felt when i took the first sip. really sweet taste, only some slight bitterness in the aftertaste. light to medium body. could not drink more than half a glass of it. really expected more from this one as it states to be one of the best beers of this style...

Almost clear golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is bready with an OK clean bitterness.

EithCubes (5068) - New Jersey, USA - MAY 9, 2012
Bottle by 04.13. Nose is very, very worty, all hops and wet grain. Golden body leans toward orange, fizzy white head. Watery body but very bitter, surprisingly so, with only light metal and a little bit of malt which turns nicely bready in the aftertaste. The added hops/bitterness somewhat compensate for the flaws of the flagship and result in this being much more drinkable.

edpeg (838) - Berlin, GERMANY - MAY 8, 2012
Pours pale yellow clear body with white tight head. Aromas include hops, malts, dough, cereal. Palate is thin and watery, with medium lively carbonation and mouthfeel. Taste is malty with nice amount of hoppy bitterness. Aftertaste is fruity, sweet malty and finishes in a great bitter floral hops flavours. For a non-alcoholic this is really good one.

Benzai (8748) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - FEB 23, 2012
50cl bottle @ home shared with Thompson. Clear yellow / golden color, average sized white head. Smell malts, some sort of herbal-fruityness. Tastes the same: malts and that herbal-fruityness. A bit watery, slight hint of bitterness towards the end. Low body, low to medium carbo. Expected a lot worse!

33 cl bottle @ home. Rated on 2.5.2011
Aroma is a bit light with some herbs and hints of plastic. Flavour has some grassy hops and herbs. Refreshing and surprisingly good, the herbs and hops go very well together. My favourite non-alco lager.

Bottle 33 cl. Golden pour with a white long lasting head. Moderate aroma of malt and hay, hints of grass. Slightly bitter taste and aftertaste. Not bad for a low alcohol beer

330 ml bottle. BBE 5.2.2012.
Pours a clear golden colour with a small, very lacy, white head. Aroma of strong grass, herbs and some hops too. Flavour of grass, mild hops, honey and pale malts. Thin mouthfeel and a dry, grassy finish. Very well done and better than most pale lagers. Got to try this on a hot summer day.
