Slight electrical fire smoke, sweet spice as of clove, some sour fruit flavors. Completely cacophanous. I can imagine worse but I probably could not swallow it. After a complete round of tasting, all the tasting glasses are at least 80% full. I truly hope the Chophouse tries something new.
