Draft sample at brewpub Cleveland. Poured dark brown with an average creamy light brown head that mostly lasted and produced fair lacing. Good roasted malty aroma. Medium body with a thin smooth texture. Medium complex roasted flavor with a medium pleasing bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Soft for the style.

Patent malt aroma with some off notes. Big ice cream head. Herbal. Herbal dry and lightly coffee tart. And wattery. And a bit brothy. Like aturkey pot pie in a glass with cola coloring. And they were doing so well with their other seasonals. Medium-light body.
