Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is plastic, rubbery, fruity and mild floral notes along with some slight bready malts. Flavour is caramel malts, some floral and fruity notes along with herbs and mild honeyish notes as well.

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Clear deep golden. Intense red currant and gooseberry aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Aromatic and creamy with lychee and citrus. Low-medium bitterness. Very flavourful despite it’s size.
