COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - February & March.
Light amber in colour with a crisp citrus hop flavour and a distinctive dry biscuit flavour. Brewed with lightly roasted amber malt and hopped with a blend of American and Slovenian hops for a punchy flavour. Blow away the winter chills with this blast from the brewhouse.

Cask@The Wheatsheaf, London. Goldeny amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some herbs, mild yeast and crisp maltyness. Flavour is quite similar, but wooden and resiny notes dominate.
