Nice and chocolately, but not sweet at all. Definitely more a dark mild ale than a brown. One of the best you’ll find.

On tap at The Office. Deep mahogany color. Aroma of caramel, dark fruits, with hints of molasses and nuts. Medium crisp body. Flavor of dark fruits, nuts with hints of coffee and chocolate. Finish is medium lasting and balanced between chocolate malt bitterness and fruity, caramel sweetness. One of my favorite browns. Once finished a growler by myself.

On tap at barcade. This one poured very nice, the head lasted all the way to the bottom. Probably cause I drank it fast. Refreshing, and very easy to drink. Nutty, with a toasted hop finish.

Split a growler with a buddy while watching Temple Football in the Super New Mexico Bowl. Dark brown ale, medium body, with fruit, roasted malts, chocolate and light bitterness. The aroma was green hop. I don’t know if it was Temple dominating over Wyoming or I had a really good batch from Climax; I enjoyed this beer tremendously.
