zathrus13 (1041), Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA Sep 11, 2004 Amber/brown color, with a small tan head. Aroma is hops, citrus, and some sweet fruit. Taste is hops, malt and fruit. Pretty well balanced, with a dry finish. Dorwart (1584), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA Nov 20, 2003 Nice tan head of creamy bubbles. Plesant fruity aroma (apricots) with some mild hops. Color is a very nice medium orange/amber. Flavor is pretty well balanced between the malts and hops with the hops being more prevalent. A bit dry also. Finish is clean and a little bitter with a hops kick. A decent IPA. Also well preserved since this was poured from a growler. gbzia (195), Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, USA Sep 12, 2002 A very nice red/pale ale reminding me of Red Seal but different hop profile. Nice, clean and easy to drink. Dave will be brewing this one again soon. Mostly avilable in NJ. New tanks will allow increased production and the introduction of lagers to the product mix. TAR (1992), Boulder Co., Colorado, USA Mar 4, 2002 apricot bitterness, soft and fruity, little complexity. bad cask?
