Very thick clouds. Peachy colour. Rich fruits (peach, pear, plum), light spice, med. bubblegum and lots of sweet malt. The taste, however, is a 180 degree shift from that gorgeous aroma. It has a strong burnt plastic overtone and a harsh astringency. Wow. This was shaping up to be a real beauty of a hefe but there’s a yeast issue here.
