Good hop aroma but not overwhelming and it’s masked a little by a sweet graham crackery maltiness.Starts out nice and hoppy in the mouth but quickly faded into a biscuity fruity hop thing. A smooth easy drinking IPA, biut didn’t quite live up to the hype Tejas (704), Dallas, Texas, USA

I downed this sucker in no time. Glad I got another bottle but would love to try on draught. Glouglouburp (2890), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 6, 2008 Updated: Jul 9, 2008In short: A malt-deficient aggressive bottle of perfumed floral hop juice. Ok at best.
How: Bottle 12oz, probably very fresh (consumed a week after receiving it) from RCL. Thanks a lot Raymond
The look: Clear golden body topped by a small but long-lasting white head leaving lots of lacings
In long: Nose is very floral (borderline perfumy) with some fruity nose. Taste has some woody malts with a not-so-great plywood flavour. A bit oily. Lots of floral hops with a short but sharp and intense bitterness. Juicy floral petals kind of resume the hop profile to me. I had a feeling of a lingering after-shave flavour!?! Alcohol is apparent and the beer is only 7.5%, I would have guessed even higher. Overall this is plywood, alcohol, biting bitterness. That beer desperately needs a bigger malt backbone. That Loose Cannon misses the target, makes sense. MaltDawg (810), Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 6, 2008 12 oz bottle. Clear light golden. Nose of pale malts and earthy slighty floral hops. Flavor has earthy grassy hops with moderate caramel malt sweetness to back up. Medium body with fairly dry finish with touch of bitterness lingering. Bigmmartin (380), Dayton, Ohio, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 6, 2008 Bottle from Tank’s Bar & Grill in Dayton. I was quite impressed with this beer, since I’ve never had anything from this brewery yet. It’s stronger and more intense than what I anticipated. Strong flowery hop aroma accompanies a golden orange color with a nice white head. The tastes is more on the citrus side with prominent bitterness. Beerman6686 (1313), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 4, 2008 I think this one is a bit overrated. Flavor and aroma are very bitter and not balanced at all, but not in the good "hop bomb" way. masonjer (564), Holt, Michigan, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 3, 2008 Poured an orange color. Aroma is nice, slight citrus. Taste is orange, pine, nice complementing malt component with a solid bitter finish. Good straight forward IPA offering.
