On tap at the Oldsmar Tap House on 4/18/08. Pours a clear golden (like a pilsner) with a thin white head. Minimal lacing on glass. Aroma: some spice, some fruit, maybe hints of honey. Slightly sour tasting with a hint of complex cheeses. Slightly sweet throughout with a somewhat thin, watery finish.

Jul 26, 2008 The first thing that came to my mind after taking that first swig was "bananas." I felt like I just had some bananas or banana candy. Sampled at Florida Beer Fest in St. Pete.

Jul 19, 2008 poured a yellow/orange with a slight haze to it. Large head that stayed true to my Tulip glass. Nice spicy but fruity taste with a lot of carbonation. I have not tried the saison style before but I look forward to trying others.

Jul 18, 2008 Not the best saison out there, but still worth a pick up. Pours slightly cloudy gold color, with a thin head. Aroma is mostly spice with some fruits, taste is typical saison, with the exception of a bit of an alcohol bite at the end.

Jul 18, 2008 This is a hearty, full-bodied beer that is a good go-to beer. A spicy yeast flavor, it is not overbearing, but strong to the palate.

Jul 15, 2008 Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Fruity and spicy aroma, a bit of clove. Medium body. Flavor is very similar to the aroma, with banana, clove, yeast, and dough. Pretty good.
