Ubermunch (13), Maryland, USA Apr 3, 2008 This beer is a great alternative to mass market brews... and at a good price regionally. In the summer these go down quickly when ice cold. There’s a lot more flavor and depth here than you might expect for such a simple, relatively light beer. dsm (108), Baltimore, Maryland, USA Mar 9, 2008 100th rate, and with a Baltimore classic. Draft at the brewery tour. Smooth, with a small retaining head. Not too much going on but a very good brew for the style. Quirkmeister (7), North Carolina, USA does not count Jan 24, 2008 Good color and maintains a good head while pouring. Not expensive in the Md area. Better choice over Bud any day. Nuffield (2532), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Aug 21, 2007 It was very nice of my friends to have this in the fridge when I arrived at their house in Baltimore, but I didn’t enjoy it at all, and all four of us at dinner thought it was pretty disappointing. Dusty, dry, damp gold color, with a moderately astringent hop finish. Bottle. guzzler67 (1125), Hanover, Maryland, USA Jul 28, 2007 Pale gold appearance with a small white head and very little lacing. Straw-like aroma along with some tart fruit. Toasted malt flavors, slightly sweet, moderately hopped. Light bodied mouthfeel, well carbonated, with a dry, short lived finish.
