(5 avril 2013)

A golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a herbal malt with mineral notes, grassy hops. In mouth, a sweet biscuit malt with grainy notes, light creamy notes, czech hops, decent On tap at Westboro location.

Metalchopz (2409) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 25, 2013
2013 Spring seasonal. Pours a golden clean colour with a slight amber hue, a small white head and not much else. Caramel grainy nose with hints of sweet fruits. In the flavours, you find your typical Clocktower full grain taste, with soapy hops, very mild citrus notes and butterscotch. This is a nice Vienna that has lots of grain cereal malts with mild sweetness and very light hops.

czar (4687) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - APR 15, 2011
pours clear deep golden, small white head, some retention and lacing. toasted malts, fairly maltied, hint of sweetness, creamy honey, light to medium hops - citrus and herbal, short to medium finish. average carbonation, light to medium body. almost like this one should definitely replace the regular kölsch - it even tastes more like a kölsch. decent brew.

Pours a clear straw yellow with a thin fizzy white head. Aroma is grain, malt and light biscuit. Taste is a dry bitterness with a lightly malted back. Grassy in the mouthfeel, well balanced and a good beer.
