Nice golden color with a medium head/ Aroma is appley with some brown sugar sweetness. Sweet apple flavor with some light tanginess and lots of sugar. Pretty good overall and it hit the spot for the mood I was in.

Aug 5, 2008 Under-rated. Golden pour with head like champagne. Aroma is crisp of apples. Taste is sweet and sharp in nature with a nice apple bite. Nice cider.

Jul 28, 2008 75 cL bottle, bought in a German supermarket (Ullrich Hit, Mohrenstr, Berlin) as Clos Normand Herb, 4%, produced at the Le Theil-sur-Huisne facility. Pours clear and golden orange with a fizzy white head. Sulphorish dry apple aroma. Flavour follows this closely with a mix of sulphor and apple, quite dry. Ends mild acidic and dry. Pleasant and flavourful Normandic cider. Goes well with salmon.

Jul 22, 2008 Pours with a quickly vanishing white head covering a clear, deep golden body. Aroma of overripened apples and vinegar with a bit of caramalized oxidation. Taste like a no alcohol cheap children’s cider (overly sweet and bland). Slightly on the fizzy side.

May 5, 2008 Rich gold, no head, lots of visible carbonation. Nose is sweet apple goodness, a little must. Some woody cherriness I can’t quite place. Flavor is a mix of sweet & acidic apple. There is mustiness & undefined (non-apple) fruit juice. High carbonation keeps it light but its still somewhat slippery on my tongue. Odd.
