Can’t remember where I got this bottle. Drank half of it 6 months ago and forgot it in the back of the fridge. Looks like reddish cane syrup very thick. Big alcohol legs. Smells like baked Apple with fried pear, brown sugar and Christmas. Intense sweetness. This really is cloyingly sweet. Almost beyond what I can handle. That baked apple flavor is persist at.

200ml bottle, 2009 vintage, 12%. Clear orange amber colour with no head. Nose of fruity apple, apple pie, caramel, brown sugar, melon, spice. Flavour is mellow apple, sweet, toffee, sugar, caramel, vanilla, summer fruits, plus some spice and tartness. Syrupy mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, clean dry finish with a little residual sweetness. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.

Bottle shared, 2011 vintage. Deep copper brown pour, very light haze. Aroma is very nice, rich mellow apple notes, vanilla, light caramel, quite spicy, tons of cinnamon. Taste is where it’s at though, such beautiful rich layers of different sugars, brown sugar, maple, vanilla, cinnamon, butter, caramel, with a nice fruity acidity to just gently balance things a bit. Palate is rich, full bodied, liquory. One of the best.

Thanks to Kraddel. 2011 Vintage. Small sample. Deep amber, candied apples. Nose is thick caramelized apple, huge sugar, cinnamon & pie, very straightforward in the best way. Taste is candied apples, apple orgy, thick sugar, caramel, cinnamon, no noticeable heat. Very thick. Very straightforward ice cider. Fantastic.

Bottle shared by Ryan or James. Pours golden brown with no head or lace. Apple skins, caramel, and wood were the flavors on this girl. Straight apple juice for the dads out there.

Bottle... This ice cider rocks!… Clear deep amber with hundreds of short, thin legs. The bouquet is an excellent, complex fusion of freshly sliced McIntosh, Granny Smith and Red Delicious apples. There is an ethanol component is a tad overbearing, but not all that offensive. Full-bodied with a velvety mouthfeel and no carbonation. The flavor is hearty and sweet, then quickly morphs to a sharply tart, raspy, dry finish. Muchos kudos to Marheb for providing this gem!
