Bottle shared with TheCheeseman at one of the O-town throw downs. Bottle acquired from Glouglouburp. Thanks! Pours a deep amber with sticky legs. Aroma is red skinned apples, sherry, big red currants, fresh earthy vegetal red raspberries (uncrushed), mineral, grass, big almost burnt honey. Flavor is sweet sugary, honey, golden apple, red over-ripe apple, light fusel alcohol, a bit more earthy, and a slightly higher acid level to back up the big syrupy sweet fruitiness. Good stuff. I might like the original better?

Bottle opened thanks brad & dany. Clear orange pour. Aroma and flavor are concentrated apple, and honey. Flavor is incredible, what a way to break into this style.

Thank you Dany & Brad! Pours a honey toned body with a thin lacing of bubbles that dissipates to a stiller apple juiced toned body. Honey combs just decadent with iced apples skins, a fresh breath of apples and a mild melting apple cider warming. Sweet with a rich honey and apple sweetness and a mild warming and a more waxy finish of chewing on actual honey combs its really something special. Its really hard to quantify how much i liked this in comparison to some of my favorite beers because its just such a different beast, however this really is deserving of the highest marks for its sheer brilliance and decadent aroma and flavor. MIND BLOWING.

Bottle at Ryan’s hotel room after EBF’s Night of the Barrels. Pours a clear treacle gold, bordering on brown. Toasty caramel apples, toasted marshmallow. Gorgeous thick caramel aromas. Smooth and silky, soft caramel, sweet apples. Creamy sweet and sour finish. Delicious.

Big thanks to Glouglouburp for bringing me a bottle of this. This cider is awesome. One of if not the best out there. Rich flavor with mild honeylike qualities in the background round out this killer liquid. Sucks the bottle is so small...
