COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hoppy Feet guy extinguished evil via a sharp stake through an undead chest. Now, Blaecorn Unidragon, mad as hell, has expelled another blood sucker from Earth. No, we do not like Vampires, but we love Vampire Slayer, which was blended with bourbon barrel aged Blaecorn Unidragon to beget Angry Beast.

Note: A blend of bourbon barrel aged Blaecorn Unidragon and regular Vampire Slayer.

(Rating #4999)

On. Draft, huge rich chocolate flavors with bourbon flavors, tokens of bourbon on the nose, palate and flavor, another great stout by clown shoes!!

Bottled 05/12 A-pours a black with brown edges and a nice 1in tan head. Head dissapates with 1min leaving a strong lacing thought the glass. S- Chocolate malts and what seems to be bourbon barrels. T- Im getting some smoke that ive never gotten from this beer before. nice malts on this one. M- mild to medium with a solid carbonation. O- I fell like this one went a little downhill since the last time i tried it. still a solid offering.

Bottle. The pour is black with a full head. The aroma is full of malt. The taste is also full of malt and dark fruit. Finishes with a hint of roast, and very smooth. Good drinking stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

My Bottom Line:
Biscuity coffee bean angles evolve into roastiness and raisins before alcohol heat adds an edge to this tight Imperial Stout.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the darkest brown.
-Caramelized sugars surge in the second half.
-Oatmeal-like cereal flavors add depth.
-Hop resins meet up with roasted malts in the finish.
-This is a nice dessert brew from aroma to finish.

Bottle.

Big boozy and sweet beer but with a decent amount of roast/smoke element to it.

22oz bottle. Bottled on 05/2012. Jet black pour. Smells like charred grains, fusel alcohol, licorice, black chocolate, and some bourbon & vanilla too. First sip, whoa strong. Burnt grains flavor, vanilla, cocoa bean bitterness, coffee flavors, charred honey, bourbon wood. Esters of bubblegum, wood, bourbon, and odd flavor character that I can only assume is hops. Loads of wood and toasted chocolate malts. Finishes with a welcoming booziness. (3651)

From notes. Bottle poured into a shaker. Bourbon, bourbon and more bourbon. Loads of chocolate and coffee. I’m pretty much in love with this beer.
