What should we call our Russian Imperial Stout? Black Unicorn? Soul Dragon? Nohhh. Let’s combine them and create the ultimate mythical creature: Blaecorn Unidragon.

Imbued with a monstrous amount of dark malt and aggressive hops, Blaecorn Unidragon is a powerful and complex brew designed to improve with age.

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, smoky, shortbread, taste is rich, sugary, chocolate, dry, little thin - probably the age.

This is a truly stout brew! Flavor is an amazing chocolate and dark coffee flavor and the aftertaste is malty and delicious.

Aroma is deeply roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, rye and raisin. A light very well hop profile to balance out.Taste is a very full bodied cluster of dark malts, molasses, caramel and chocolate. Almost chewy mouthfeel. Appearance is a dark black with a dark brown head that retains fairly well. Very good beer and smooth considering the abv.

Not quite as well balanced as the undead but still good. More evident booze in this, with subdued roast elements and some chocolate. Caramel. Bittersweet finish. Creamy consistency. Tap at Churchkey.

Bottle from Hop City. Pours an opaque black with a thin layer of toffee colored head. Aroma of burnt malts and very dark chocolate. Taste of the same, burnt malts still shine with some booze.

Pours a slid black with a short brown head and lacing. It has a nice aroma of BBQ, toast, and chocolate. The flavor is subtle chocolate with a malty middle and toasty finish over a meaty body. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

På tap på Bishop Arms Vasagatan Stockholm. Oljig, mörk med smutsbrun skumkrona. Fyllig och söt kropp med bitter eftersmak. Stor smak av choklad, kaffe, rostad malt, bränt farinsocker.

2-year cellared bottle. Strong but not boozy, hides the 12.5% well. The flavor is dominated by roasty bitterness, of course. A fresh bottle might be hoppier but this one is more smooth and surprisingly drinkable - the aging really helps. Flavors are well-blended with hints of chocolate and burnt sugar.
