This excellent ale is medium to full bodied. Caramelized malt is neither too light nor too burned. Excellent hops create a nice balance with the malt, creating a distinctive taste. Excellent.

Pours a finger and half of light tan head on a brown body.
The aroma is extra nutty, roasted and toasted malt and a touch of lemon.
The taste is a well rounded roasted malt and chocolate flavor. There’s some mild bitterness in the middle to balance it out.
The texture is smooth and soft.
It tends towards the sweeter side, but it’s really good.
