COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

12 oz bottle served in a shaker pint at Harvest Moon, Albany, GA Aroma - sweet citrus, wheat Appearance - cloudy, golden straw color, stark white head with fine bubbles Taste - sweet wheat, citrus, a little yeast, light hop bitterness, and a nice tartness on the finish. Very smooth and pleasing. Lasting citrus on the palate leaves me begging for another sip. Mouthfeel - very prickly carbonation. Smooth wheaty fullness, but still refreshing. Overall - nice example of a Belgian white. Big citrus and smooth wheat. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at BrewDog Manchester. Hazy orange shade with a white cap that soon vanishes. Immediate fruity hit to the taste, lip-smacking citrus leaning towards the tropical. Mandarin, mango etc. A bit of what I recognise as a witbier underneath! Interesting one, great fruit character anyway, just not sure if I fully appreciate it.

Aroma of citrus. yeast and soapy spice. Clear yellow, looks almost filtered. Pretty sweet with some banana, sweet spice, nice hop/yeast juxtaposition here. Creamy but with some hop bite too. Nice Americanized wit.

Bottle pour light gold. Nose orange, citrus, coriander, some Belgian sweet. Taste similar to the nose up front, playing more toward orange citrus. Mid palate spice and some floral hop. Mild spicy bitter finish.

From a 355ml bottle on 28/3/2014. Pours a clear medium golden with a biggish head. Has a light aroma of grain, spice and yeast. In the mouth, you get some sharp citrus fruit, peel, banana, bread, coriander, more spices and the barest hint of pepper. Has a nice little hop kick, which is not typical of a wit. Has a fullish body and very lively carbonation. It comes together quite nicely and is a pleasant, refreshing experience.

12oz Bottle. The pour was a hazy dark yellow amber with a large (2-3 finger) white pillowy head that slowly receded, down to a thin cap which was mostly lasting and had good sticky streaky lacing.

The aroma was of a light grain malt, mild floral hops and a soapy musty yeast with notes of coriander, citrus (clementine) and a light scent of peppercorns.

The taste was lightly malty with a mild citrus sweetness in the beginning, and then had a moderate influx of yeast and a bit of spice, with the finish having a slight citrus peel bitterness and a touch of pepper at the end. The flavor lingered for quite a while following the swallow, with a mildly spicy yeast taste left behind lying on the taste buds.

Mouthfeel was a few steps beyond light in body with a creamy dry texture and a carbonation that went a just little above medium.

Overall I really liked this Witbier, it possess lots of yeasty citrus flavor along with a mild spiciness making it extremely enjoyable and easy to drink. Although, I expect nothing less for this brewer who never seems to disappoint... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews
