COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

"i wasn’t crazy about the aroma like my previous pals. coriander and orange peel there, but it was a touch weak, with a slight hint of diaper. the feel starts thin, but makes up for it with a lasting lively fiziness that makes the spices linger on the tongue. flavor typical for style. this beer was slightly more than the average sixer, so i probably won’t revisit."

355ml bottle pours a hazy pale golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is yeasty with some orange zest, coriander and grains. Taste is a orange zest and citrus hop bitterness with a grainy malty sweetness finishing dry and yeasty. Body is light to medium with a generous amount of carbonation which bites the tongue nicely. A pretty nice witbier. Recommended.

Bottle pour. Orangey color with a one finger head. I enjoy the Witbier style but this beer has too much hop aroma and flavor for me. It’s basically a mix between a pale ale and a Witbier. Okay.
