Itís a very tasty Wit with a bit of a twist. Nice golden color with a fluffy white head. Nice Belgian yeast aroma. Taste is mostly what I expect of a Wit, but the clementine adds a gentle citrus aspect that really works well. Refreshing Summertime beer.

Deep gold, hazy, tall, persistent head.
Pronounced yeasty nose.
Light body, moderate flavor, rich, low heat, well carbonated, refreshing, even served room temp,
Moderately bitter, sweetish, crisp.
Yeasty, floral, citrusy, starchy, complex flavors.
Quite pleasant and refreshing.

4.2 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle dated 12/17/14. Hazy orange-amber with big of-white head. Vibrant aroma of toasted white malts, orange peel, coriander and Belgian yeast. Light to medium body and smooth. Right up there among the best as far as taste with all those Belgian spiced mellow and toasty flavors and mild bitterness. I donít usually give witbiers high ratings because itís a style that I can take it or leave it. But this one really hit the mark and I would recommend it.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Clear orange golden color, average sized white to off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma reminds me more of a Belgian blond rather than a Belgian white to be honest. A hint of orangepeel, herbs or spices, yeast to some extend. Perhaps a distant hint of brett even, thought I donít think Iím supposed to taste that. Fizzy carbonation, average to decent body. Not good as a Belgian white, average at best in general.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle @ home clear golden yellow colour with a small to medium sized white head. Smells fresh, fruity, sweet, some herbs, orangepeel. Nice. Tastes fruity, orange, orangepeel, fresh, sweetish, some herbs but not too crazy for an American Belgian white. Medium carbo, medium body, nice.

Excellent from a bottle. Much better than blue moon or shock top. Dark gold in color good head. Can smell hint of clementine, tastes even better than nose.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tasting at Mattís
Cloudy dark blond color, medium sized head. Light aroma, bready. Weak mouthfeel, dry; simple flavor, lightly spicy and sour (which is ok), tiny bit of citrus peel; ordinary bitterness.
Nothing bad, but rather boring.
