COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

Bottle; poured an amber infused gold with a frothy white head. Aroma was very herbal; citrus, spice, fruit, wheat. Flavor was a bit too medicinal for my liking; too much like a bandaid. Not my preferred taste profile in this one.

12oz bottle. Light yellow pour with very little head. Not a bad white ale though a bit on the thin side. Nice combination of citrus and pepper. Goes down real easy.

porterhouse (1581) - Boothbay, Maine, USA - OCT 31, 2011
(22 oz. bottle from Damon’s) Pours pale yellow-gold with a large somewhat rocky off-white head. Clear-bodied at first but quite cloudy by the end of the bottle. Aroma of citrus, spice, pepper, yeast. Mouthfeel fairly smooth, a touch watery. Lots of broken, weepy lacing. Flavor of citrus, lightly flowery with some spice and hints of pepper. Decent but sort of weak.

Yellow with a white head and citrusy and wheat aroma. Taste is the same with a bit of sulfur. $2/12ozs

bottle from Total wine Tucson. Pours a slightly cloudy orange with a bit of orange peel on the nose. A bit spicy on the tongue with a touch of funkiness as well. finishes a tad dry. Not bad but not my preferred interpretation of the style.

Bottle. Pours a decent cheddar orange with an aroma of sweet clementine, light grapefruit, and pine. Flavor follows suit. Tingly but average mouthfeel. Not bad.

Draft at rattle with Brendan. Pours a bright hazy orange body. Aroma is soft fruits and bubblegum. Mouthfeel is fluffy and soft with notes of citrus fruits, wheat, and bubblegum.

Bottle from Wholefoods. Pours cloudy with a head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of bitter orange, perfume like and slightly artificial . Fairly thin on the palette with a little bitterness and typical wheat characteristics. Disappointed in this one

Pours more yellow than orange, slightly hazy. Taste is sweet, some coriander, and lots of orange and orange peel. Meh.

pineypower (2411) - Pine Barrens, New Jersey, USA - OCT 16, 2011
Bottle shared thanks to Dmac. Pours out a moderate golden/yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is odd, some urinal puck notes, mixed with some coriander and citrusy orange peel, almost like a public restroom if it had a orange peel/coriander metered auto spraying air freshener. Taste is of some light spices, orangy citrus, odd astringent notes, almost what I’d imagine fast orange tasting like.
