Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

Pours a light yellow from a bottle. Citrus and coriander, citrus and coriander, citrus and coriander. A nice but not knockout wit.

Nothing particularly wrong with this, just unexciting. Pours a nice looking clear golden with lasting half-finger of tiny white bubbles. Aroma is pleasantly less sour than expected, mostly bready with slight citrus. Flavor is slightly sweet with orange (clementine) and lemon notes. Finishes fairly dry.

Bottle into a tulip. Pours a cloudy light yellow, with a medium white head. Nose is clementine and yeast. Taste follows. Nice clementine flavor without being overpowering or watery. Nicely balanced,

On bottle from Kihosk, Copenhagen. HAzy golden color, good foam. Medium aroma intensity; floral, fruity, citrus, light coriander and some perfumey notes. Medium body & complexity. Some bitterness, balances very well. Very enjoyable. Some more bitterness then usual in a witbier really hit the spot

Bottle. Aroma is earthy and onion with notes of orange peel and corriander, maybe salvie/ soap like. The flavours starts light sweet and finish light bitter. The texture is watery and the body is light. Average carbonation

Pace the previous reviewer, to me it’s not nearly citrusy enough, with way more hops than it should have (ahh, North American microbrews, yet again), and thus not of the style, but it’s still good and layered enough to be worth drinking

On tap at Mr. Goodbar in Buffalo, NY. Orange-gold pour, white head. Extremely heavy on the citrus, tastes like a beer-flavored clementine juice. Nice beer, pretty well made, but my god it is heavy on citrus. Would have a problem going through a full bottle of this for sure.

355ml bottle. This is a basic witbier, maybe a cleaner fresher orange character than the norm but nothing noteworthy otherwise.

Rated on 7-22-2015 (Bottle labeled Bottled the Middle of April 2011) This beer’s appearance is a large foamy off-white head that mostly diminished, mostly transparent, lightly hazy straw body, slow rising carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is wheat, malt, earthy, and coriander. The flavor is wheat, spice, malt, earthy, and coriander. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this beer is light bodied. A quaffable easy drinking witbier, but it lacks character and it is not all that impressive IMO.
