Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

200 oz bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a nice off-white head. Mild fruity aroma like citric, oranges/Clementine. Flavor is citric fruity, oranges, light caramel and decent bitter. Medium body. Quite nice, but pretty straight forward actually.

22oz bottle. Light yellow/orange in appearance. Slight yeast aroma. Light, pretty hgihly carbonated. Citrus seems to neutralize the yeast flavor, finishes slightly bitter. No overt orange flavor. Decent, although slightly underwhelming.

Hazy and orange, good head. Aroma is an obvious wheat beer with a good hit of yeast smell. Taste is spicy with some citrus to it. A good wheat beer to be proud of. This is my second good brew from a place I never heard of before now.

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of wheat, yeast, spices, coriander, citrus, orange, and clementine. Poured yellow/gold/orange in color with a small, white head that greatly diminished but lasted throughout as a film on top of the beers, as well as around the edges. Cloudy. Lightly sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet and medium bitter. Tastes of wheat, yeast, spices, coriander, orange, hops, and some citrus. Medium body. Lightly sticky, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Wheat, spice, yeast finish is lightly dry.

Bottle at World of Beer Arlington. Pours a cloudy orange color with a light ring of white head. Aroma is definitely a Witbier. Orange peel, some pepper and spIce. Dry flavor that has a touch of coriander, grains with a light finish. Not bad.

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden body under a small, dense, off-white head. Clementine peel and a generic citrusy touch on the nose. Some white sugar. Quite bitter in the mouth, with a nice citrusy and orangey, or clementiney, flavor. Rather dry, didn’t expect that judging from the aroma. Medium to full bodied, pleasant carbonation. Lasting finish with orange peel like bitterness. I like this one, it’s a bit onedimensional, but nice anyway. 111128
