Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a very softly carbonated semi-opaque dark golden orange colored body. The mild aroma was malty. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild hoppy aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of semi-sweet mild lager wood breads hops and malt. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Pours light orange with a half finger white head with just a little lacing. Aroma is of clemuntine orange, wheat bread, and tropical fruits. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, semi bitter, medium finish.

Bottle. Tumbler. Golden, clear with big semi-densed head. Great head retention and good lacing. Strong coriander aroma, light malty profile - cereal. Also medium to strong citrus aroma - mainly lemon and orange. Taste Light body, thin texture, lively carbonation, finish is semi-sweet.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellowish orange gold with white head. Sweet citrus, oranges, clementines, and some wheat on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a wheaty citrusy note.

22 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. Hazy straw color. Opaque. Big head, but it’s gone instantly. No lacing at all. It smells intriguing. Orange smell with some spice. Some yeastiness. The taste isn’t bad for the style, but it’s not much. Again, orange peel flavor with some spiciness. I can’t specify which spices, really, but that’s probably my palate’s fault more than the beer’s. It has some hop bitterness in the midrange that becomes apparent when the aromatics die off. High carbonation that drops off quickly. The finish is extremely dry, which is par for the style I guess. Light bodied. Decent flavor for a wit.

12 oz. bottled April 16, 2015. Hazy pale golden with a film of bubbles. Nose is tangerine, grains of paradise, tropical bubblegum. Tastes of honey, tangerine zest, pine resin, wheat and papaya. Light-medium body is to to the dry side for the style. Medium CO2 fizzes up a bit too much in the mouth.

Beautiful light orange color with a delightful orange and coriander flare. Light to medium head that dissipates rather quickly. Really great beer for a hot day mowing the grass.
