Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

12 oz. bottle. Light gold, hazy pour, with a medium, off-white, bubbly head. The aroma is strong coriander, lemonade, and a little rye and pine. The flavor is perfectly balanced citrusy sweetness and orange peel bitterness, with a crisp, light spiciness in the finish. Light to medium body, sharp, and acidic. Overall, this is a great witbier, and Iím a big fan of the style.

Tap at Yardhouse in a pint glass on a football Sunday. Golden with hints of orange and a healthy half finger white head. Cloudy. Aroma is mostly citrus orange with some floral hints. Taste is also citrus forward with a wheaty undertone. Good sweetness. Light and refreshing. Hides the alcohol well. Seems like a really good summer option my darling.

A 12 fl oz bottle with a bottled on date of 2nd January 2015 and poured into a pint glass. The beer poured a hazy orangey amber colour with a just over one finger white head that dissipated quite quickly leaving a very thin foamy layer. Strong citrus and sweet orange in the smell with hints of coriander and grass. Taste was definitely very orangey with citrus orange, orange peel and mandarin shining through. Hints of coriander and pine then a slight spicy but peppery finish. Light to medium bodied with high carbonation. Overall, a good witbier that I would probably buy again. Admittedly I was iffy when I smelt the strong orange aromas, as I did not enjoy the other really orangey witbier that Iíve tried. But this was much better and restored my confidence somewhat on orange flavoured beers.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a very softly carbonated semi-opaque dark golden orange colored body. The mild aroma was malty. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild hoppy aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of semi-sweet mild lager wood breads hops and malt. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Pours light orange with a half finger white head with just a little lacing. Aroma is of clemuntine orange, wheat bread, and tropical fruits. Taste is about the same as the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, semi bitter, medium finish.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellowish orange gold with white head. Sweet citrus, oranges, clementines, and some wheat on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a wheaty citrusy note.

22 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. Hazy straw color. Opaque. Big head, but itís gone instantly. No lacing at all. It smells intriguing. Orange smell with some spice. Some yeastiness. The taste isnít bad for the style, but itís not much. Again, orange peel flavor with some spiciness. I canít specify which spices, really, but thatís probably my palateís fault more than the beerís. It has some hop bitterness in the midrange that becomes apparent when the aromatics die off. High carbonation that drops off quickly. The finish is extremely dry, which is par for the style I guess. Light bodied. Decent flavor for a wit.
