Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

355ml bottle pours a hazy pale golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is yeasty with some orange zest, coriander and grains. Taste is a orange zest and citrus hop bitterness with a grainy malty sweetness finishing dry and yeasty. Body is light to medium with a generous amount of carbonation which bites the tongue nicely. A pretty nice witbier. Recommended.

Bottle at Mikkeller Bar Stockholm, april 17th 2014. Cloudy orange body with a small white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, spicy yeast, wheat. Taste dominated by yeast esters, clementine, coriander and sweet wheat. Fruity and spicy finish with a light balancing banana note. Nice stuff.

Bottle pour. Orangey color with a one finger head. I enjoy the Witbier style but this beer has too much hop aroma and flavor for me. It’s basically a mix between a pale ale and a Witbier. Okay.

Butelka Barwa piękna lekko mętna słomka Piana biała, obfita, początkowo drobnoziarnista. Zapach słód pszeniczny, banan, kwaskowate cytrusy. Smak sporo cytrusów zwłaszcza kwaskowatych pomarańczy, mandarynki, cytryny skórki pomarańczowej, lekko przyprawowe, kolendra. Z jednej strony dosyć gładkie, a z drugiej kwaskowate i leciutko cierpkie. Goryczka wyraźna, ziołowa.

15 Aug 2014, bottle. light orange, hazy, white head. nose is tart orange, slight belgian yeast. thin body and mildly fizzy. orange peel bitterness and tart. Really seems more like an orange berliner weisse.

Flaska 33cl. Gul disig vätska med fint vitt skum. Fruktig och jordig doft med apelsin/clementin. Lätt och fräsch smak. Frukt och koriander. Inte lika mycket citrus som i doften.

Poured hazy golden color with a 1-finger white head. Bright citrusy aroma, with touches of coriander and earthy yeast. Body is light-to-medium and mildly oily. Dry, citrusy finish. Flavor of citrus and citrus peel, with the coriander showing briefly at the back.

On tap, poured into a shaker. The aroma is a dry, yet sweet one that consists of oranges, bread dough, some floral notes, and spice (coriander and pepper come to mind). It pours a bright, but murky orange color with a white, creamy, micro bubble head. It leaves behind a solid sheet lacing (that eventually disintegrates to an abundant web) with a medium thick ring and a sparse dusting of surface head. The taste is a medium sweet with a light bitter. There’s lots of creamy, fizzy carbonation to go with the thin, oily texture. The medium body finishes grassy, bready, and lots of sweet orange. The aftertaste is dry, lingering, and clingy with lots of spice and bread.
