Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

Hazy yellow with lasting bright white head. Lots of citrus in the aroma. The flavour has bittersweet orange. Feels juicy and also spicy with coriander and yeast.

Very refreshing beer! Has the profile of a Belgian Wit mixed with a Saison almost. Lovely aroma of fresh baked bread and yeast. Flavour is yeast, wheat, grains, zest, coriander, spices, and some nice subtle hoppy notes.

Bottle. Beermoth, Manchester. Nearly clear gold. Film of clingy, white, bubbly head. Toasty, and orange fruity. Some yeast character. Taste is sweet, and a bit syrupy. A touch of yeasty dryness. Palate is a bit heavy, and slick. Finishes sweet. Lacking a bit of finesse. But then arenít we all?

Pours a hazy bring yellow. Has a strong yeast and orange aroma. A strong wheat and yeast taste with heavy citrus (orange, clementine and lemon) and some spices. A dry aftertaste from the yeast.

12 oz bottle: Aroma has got a bright orange and citrus, coriander, and a light hop note on the back end. Appearance is a cloudy orange with a thick white head that diminishes quickly. Taste has got a nice clementine notes, coriander, and a light yeast notes. Palate is medium to high carbonation with a lingering yeast aftertaste. Overall, Pretty good brew. I enjoyed it. Cheers!

bottle @ Jungle Jimís / Eastgate OH --- Slightly hazy medium amber color, big 2" white head, blobs of lace. Taste is wheaty malt that adds assertive hops on the swallow, but then hops let go so orange and spice can move in for the finish. An interesting brew, would be terrific on a warm afternoon. Better than I expected.

A nice wit overall. Pours a bright golden hay colour with a big finger of white head. The nose is fresh and floral with big citrus notes and mild hop aromas. Nice and refreshing brew with toasty wheat malt, orange rind notes, light grassy and spicy hop flavours. The finish is crisp and slightly bitter with a lingering coriander flavour.
