Clementine is beer conceived in a dream, in the middle of a blistering beatdown of a day. We used Clementine, sweet orange peel, coriander, and summit hops to smack that mean day upside the head with a refreshing clown shoe.

On tap at Deep Ellum. Pours a golden, hazy color with a small white head. Belgian spices and citrus dominant to aroma and taste. Easy to drink, refreshing and a light to medium body. Good beer that I would drink again.

bottle @ Jungle Jim’s / Eastgate OH --- Slightly hazy medium amber color, big 2" white head, blobs of lace. Taste is wheaty malt that adds assertive hops on the swallow, but then hops let go so orange and spice can move in for the finish. An interesting brew, would be terrific on a warm afternoon. Better than I expected.

A nice wit overall. Pours a bright golden hay colour with a big finger of white head. The nose is fresh and floral with big citrus notes and mild hop aromas. Nice and refreshing brew with toasty wheat malt, orange rind notes, light grassy and spicy hop flavours. The finish is crisp and slightly bitter with a lingering coriander flavour.

TAP. Solid white head, cloudy straw colour. Definitely got banana on the nose with some citrus. Solid orange flavour up front with a more generic citrus vibe at the back end, but very thick solid body at the end. Good lacing on glass..... Surprisingly nice. Sourced Fire Station Busselton

Very enjoyable--light and refreshing with bubbles. Good light foam and slight smell of oranges and pepper. Great for a warm day. Nothing overpowering just a nice beer to drink.

Pours a thin head on a hazy straw body. The aroma is a fresh clementine and orange smell with some dry grain in the background. The taste is a little watery, citrus sweet with a little pine bitterness. The texture is soft and fizzy. Enjoyable.

Aroma is indeed fresh from clementine peels and the typical yeast from a witbier. The taste is sweet and fruity, and the clementine/sweet orange is clearly present. It’s bordering a little to sweet actually. Soon that dusty Belgian yeast aura appears and it has a dry finish. Pretty cool beer!

355 ml bottle at O’Connors. Hazy golden with white head. Aroma of citrus, zest, light wheat and grapefruit. Taste is zesty, grapefruit, clementine (!), and light malt, low bitterness
