Hoppy Feet has been lovingly crafted by combining premium malt with lots of Amarillo and Columbus hops.
Grapefruit and Pine are balanced on the nose and on the palate by a nutty, dark chocolate, roasted backbone.

Black pour with a solid big creamy beige head. Nice lacing. Coffee, fruity and grapefruit hoppy aroma. Full body. Tad sweet and a fine bitterness. Average to soft carbonation with a creamy texture. Coffee, chocolate, roasted, mild pine and grapefruit hoppy flavor. Tasty little (big) devil.

From 345 ml bottle. Pours a solid black with a hint of a brown highlight at the very edge and a thin tan head. Aromas of pine needles, lemon zest, coffee and a little char. Taste is much the same with the pine and lemon up front and the coffee flavours toward the back end. The hop flavours are certainly more prominent than the roast. Finishes rather like a regular IPA with a zesty, lightly bitter aftertaste.

Very good, but not my favorite black IPA. Well put together but the flavor profile was boring ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Geproefd in Bottles in Puerto Plata. Een typische IPA waar ik absoluut geen fan van ben. Ik heb het niet helemaal kunnen opdrinken. Als je voor IPA bent dan kan dit wel een goed bier zijn misschien

Black as heck! Delicious IPA. Aromatic. Tastes like some greens. Pretty darn hoppy. Malts aren't too strong.

Sampled at tasting. Pours dark brown with beige head. Aroma with strong notes of stable, subtle notes of caramel and herbs very faint. Taste is sweetly bitter with lots of body and a soft finish. More strong ale than black IPA.

Sample at a tasting event. Black body with a medium head. Starts off with loads of tropical fruit, citrus and pine and finishes semi dry with some roasted notes.

Dark sienna brown capped with a staying film of beige. Graham crust, pine resin and grapefruit, with little moments of strawberry in the aroma, initially hitting all the marks of this uniquely predictable style. The roasted malts evoke a startlingly strong umami note, like beech mushrooms with carob. This interesting sensation is somewhat fleeting, as the flavor resettles into bakers chocolate, citrus juices, and dry charred malt. Well balanced palate with medium weight, crisp carbonation; easily drinkable. Forest floor musty flavors linger uneasily throughout, in connection with that umami note.
