Hoppy Feet has been lovingly crafted by combining premium malt with lots of Amarillo and Columbus hops.
Grapefruit and Pine are balanced on the nose and on the palate by a nutty, dark chocolate, roasted backbone.

33 cl. bottle at home. High and creamy lasting light brown head. Clear very dark ruby body. Solid malt base with cocoa, caramel nuts results in a rather sweet aroma. The flavor is, however, not as sweet as indicated by the aroma as the beer has a good deal of hops bitterness on top of the heavily roasted malt caramel and nuts base. Low caronation. Long bitter finish. Well balanced with an alcohol level nicely hitten by the bitter and sweet notes.

Citrus, pine, resin... In the nose and on the tongue. Caramels and roasted malts are there but secondary behind a black ale with toffee head ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours black with a one finger tan head with nice lacing. Aroma is of pine, citrus, dark coco, coffee, roasted malts, nutty malts, sweet malts, and some brown sugar. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, moderately bitter, long finish. Overall, a pretty nice, pretty hoppy, yet still somewhat balanced black IPA.

Rating #1250 10.09.2014 - Bottle from CBI. Pours a sinful black, with a bubbly tan head. Aroma is a violent clash between toasted malt, and piney, floral hops. Taste is extremely hoppy, resinous sticky piney hop notes tempered with a pleasant coffee, chocolate, burnt sugar sweetness of the toasted malt. Superb.

Bottle 35,5cl. Black with a beige head. Strong hoppy aroma with some black roasted malt. Great taste. Fantastic how this beer balances the dark roasted malt with plenty of hops. Long finish. One of the best black IPA’s I’ve tasted, if not the best.

Black with thick head. Aroma and flavour are initially dominated by fresh piney hop. Later the dark, roasted bitterness of the malts come through. Full flavoured. Dangerously easy to drink.
