Hoppy Feet has been lovingly crafted by combining premium malt with lots of Amarillo and Columbus hops.
Grapefruit and Pine are balanced on the nose and on the palate by a nutty, dark chocolate, roasted backbone.

Beetje gebrande bittere afdronk. Een van de betere black ipa’s.

12 oz bottle from Bishop’s Cellar. Pours a deep cola-ish born with moderate, lasting khaki head. Aroma is rich and roasty with chocolate some nuttiness and citrus. Taste is black as night with deep roastiness, espresso and cocoa as well as citrusy, grassy bitterness. Lingering roast in finish. Good one.

BOTTLE. Cola black to brown in colour with thick mocha head.. Creamy nose, coffee with dark malts.. Dark malt with touch of coffee is the backbone, with the "ipa" coming at the back with good grassy, fruit hops & bitterness.. Sourced Cape Cellars

For a black IPA this has stout/porter qualities. Chocolate flavours and roasted smokiness. Delicious with a hint of Amarillo and Columbus hops.  This is the beer you have when it’s a Tuesday night and you’ve had a hectic day and can only have one beer but want it to be a worthwhile and not some pissweak crap. This is tranquillity beer.

Really dark brown color with mocha head. Aroma is definitely on the hoppy side with nice resiny and earthy notes, but you also get some milk chocolate and coffee. Taste starts really balanced with the hoppy notes and also chocolate and roasted malt. Finish is even more roasty and bitter with some coffee notes as well. Medium, smooth feeling body with soft carbonation. I really enjoy black IPAs and this one is really well made and tasty.

Bottle at KØ16. Bready and vinous aroma. Very dark brown colour, small off-white head. The flavour is vinous, caramelly with a good fruity and grassy hop note. Good mineraly mouthfeel.

Pours a black. Large rocky tan head. Lots of lacing. Fruity hoppy aroma. Very astringent. Lots of patent malt flavor. Not much of a hop flavor.
