pours a deep, golden orange with fluffy white head. aroma is sweet candied citrus fruits, yeast, and citrus hops. taste starts with more candied fruit - like orange or apricot jam - along with spice, biscuit, and some light caramel notes. citrusy hops start to show up in the finish, with just a bit of tartness. syrupy and resinous. very enjoyable.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Orange pour with a small quickly disappearing white head. Nose is huge on apricot and jams. Marmalade like and loads of dried fruits. Reminds me a lot of those dried apricot sweet things which are coated in sugar. Appealing. Taste is more dried fruits, big on apricot and mango. Belgian yeast is lighter than expected but the booze comes through quite a bit. Quite resinous. Solid stuff. Different and quite refreshing for 10% ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Hazy orangey with an off-white head, nice lacings. Aroma heavy malty (caramel, light fruits, orange), yeast, hoppy (flowery, perfumy). Flavor heavy sweet, then a break, then a kick of hops, long lasting. Heavy body, some warming alcohol. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 30, 2013 Bottled. Pours hazy golden with a huge off-white head, leaving a fair lacing. Nose of citrus, orange, caramel, yeast and alcohol notes. Sweet flavor with distinct hops and also a nice malt backbone, it ends up dry and solid bitter. Medium to full bodied, oily texture and soft CO2. A interesting and enjoyable Belgian style IPA. ★★★★

65 cl bottle @ olio, no BBE info
Aroma has soapy citrus, caramel, biscuits, resin and some grassy hops. Flavour has caramel, apricot, some citrus, urinal cake and grassy hops. Quite close to what it promises to be – a belgian ale, tripel and IPA in the same bottle. Grassy hops take over the flavour at the end of the glass.
