Medium, dense & stable yellow to creamcoloured head, over clear foxy-orange beer. Fruity USA hops, citrus, also something salty & shrimp-like; impression of solvent; wet dog. Very bitter-hoppy. Orange- and other citruszeste, quinine. Caramelly-fruity background, like bitter oranges’ syrup or -liqueur. Feels very slick (hopoily) and well-bodied, but also very carbonated, slighly burning. Long bitter aftertaste. The umpteenth attempt at marrying real or imagined "styles". Against better judgement - but it succeeded, this time. Rather bitter.

Bomber. Poured cloudy medium orange with a short off-white head. The aroma picked up sweet biscuit and banana notes with accents of cloves, black pepper, and piney hops. definitely a big beer. The flavor found fruity notes and some honey at the core, with tart orange peel laced throughout.. cloves, bitter pine, and grapefruit joined the oranges on the edges.. lots of residual bitterness and alcohol warmth on the long finish. Medium-plus bodied with soft, rolling carbonation through the palate.. a little aggressive with the bitterness the orange peel, but solid overall.

Pours an red-orange color with a medium white head. Aroma is candied sugar, bitter hops, and light citrus. Taste is much the same - orange peel, candied sugar, and resinous hops.

Bottle. Dark golden, cloudy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel, fruitiness, some citrus hoppyness and light yeast. Body is medium to full, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and some fruitiness, light citrus hoppyness and some alcohol. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, light caramel and light citrus hoppyness, light yeast, alcohol. Sweetish strong ale with caramel and some hoppyness - too much alcohol in the finish. OK but nothing special.

Bottle. Pours a clear and somewhat darker amber color with an extremely thick head. Sweetness in the nose from the Belgian yeast, with some floral undertones. The bitterness from the hops cuts the sweetness, which I like. It feels a little muddled to me, but this isn’t bad.

Deep, hazy amber with a thick white head. Aroma is slightly earthy citrus hops, nice combination of the yeasty, banana of a tripel and the sharp citrus of an IPA. Flavor is rather hoppy, IPA characteristics up front with a hint of clove and banana in the finish. Rounded out body, overall strong beer.

pour is dark reddish copper, rather hazy with a tan bubbly head. Nose is a bit of stale rye bread with a faint spice to it. The hops are green and earthy but very light. The taste is bigger and the hops come through more. There is sticky malt and notes of caramel underneath. Hops are citrusy and herbal with faint bitterness. There is a bit of grain underneath with a slightly syrupy body, moderate carbonation, and prickly on the tongue.
