This is what a Bourbon barrel stout should taste like. Smooth bourbon mouth feel with good body but no harshness of other stouts. Aged to perfection.

Deep brown or black pour, quarter inch Carmel head that reduced to a small cloudy puddle. Really really sweet scent, dark fruits and bourbon. Average carbonation, really frothy mouthfeel, super rich and roasty on finish. Flavor is super smokey/ashy, campfire and meaty, peaty, really rich molasses and dark fruits, currants and bourbony raisins. Good BBA stout but a bit heavy on the ashiness.
