Rated on 9-01-2016 at 800 Degrees Three Fires, Fort Wayne, IN. This draft beer’s appearance is a small off-white head that is mostly lasting, golden transparent body, very little carbonation noted, and a good amount of lacing adorned the glass. The aroma presents citrus hops, floral, and tropical fruit. The flavor presents moderate bitterness, citrus hops and tropical fruit. The mouthfeel of this beer is light-moderate carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. This beer is not overly bitter or hoppy tasting for the style. It is very drinkable and it has a light bitter aftertaste. This beer is worth trying and a beer that I would partake in again.

Draught @ Albion. Slightly cloudy rich orange with smallish foamy off-white head, orange peel aroma, low carbonation, sweetish orange peel taste with medium hoppy bitterness, thin body, long bitter finish. Smooth DIPA.

Not sure why I’ve passed this by so many times. Pours a slightly hazy dark golden with clingy top of white. Aroma is of peach, mango, apricot, and a bit of bread. Flavor is so balanced - just the right tang of hop, never biting or bracing, smoothed throughout the sip by a perfect malt backing. Smooth, perfectly lower carbonation, clean finish, and easy drinking.

Keg at Yard House. It pours clear amber with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, pink grapefruit, marmalade, watermelon, pine and grass. The taste is crisp, bitter, piney, grapefruit, pithy citrus, peppery spice, green grassy vibe, varnish, mild astringency and a touch of alcohol with a dry, grapefruit finish. Medium + body and moderate, prickly carbonation. A pretty decent Dipa all in all.

Pours hazy gold with a frothy white head. Nose is relatively tame and features the usual west coast hops and a touch of fruit. Flavor also rides down the middle for the style with a nice tangerine finish. A little lacking of aggression for a big IPA but decent enough.

This draft brew from a restaurant poured a small sized head of frothy fine to large sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a very softly carbonated slightly hazy orange colored body and a very good lacing. The weak aroma was hoppy and musty. with a strong hoppy aftertaste. The strong flavor contained notes of dough and hops.
