Color is brownish-orange. Aroma is pineapple and other tropical fruit. Taste is pineapple and other tropical fruits, citrus hops and a nice malt backbone. The ABV isn’t apparent at all. The tropical fruit aroma and taste is really prevalent, quite unique. An excellent DIPA.

Double IPAs aren’t really my style, but this one succeeds on a number of levels - excellent balance of bready sweet caramel hops with the pine tar bitterness. Smooth with a fantastic aroma. Courtesy of Dave.

Bottle from ABC Store in Waikiki. Orange-amber pour with decent lacing. Aroma has lots of orange and malt. Hops come through in the flavour. Bitter orange finish.

Pours a hazy orangey copper with a nice sized white head that has decent lace up the glass. Aroma is floral, tropical fruits, and some sweet pale malts. Flavour is tropical fruits, medium bitterness, lightly medicinal, sweet pale malts and lightly spicy with a dry finish.

Pours a hazy orangish copper with a frothy white head that leaves lots of lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, guava, passionfruit, lightly medicinal, sweet pale malts and caramel. Taste is a big pale malt character, caramel, tropical fruits, passionfruit and guava. Great balance and use of the mosaic hop... Light medicinal character can wear in you.

Pours cloudy, but clear. Smells like citrus hops and grapefruit. Tastes bitter and heavily of grapefruit. Quite the nice beer actually. Big fan of this! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Like biting into a hop while you're drinking a double IPA. Nice grapefruit start and finish. A real kick in the mouth for an IPA lover. - Snowboards and IPA

Bottle. Pours a golden orange with a bright white head. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. A light malt sweetness underneath a medium, lasting bitterness. Very clean. Medium+ bodied, a touch soft, bitter finish. I am really loving Mosaic hops these days.

Bottle. Pour is beautiful. Lighter in color than I expected for a double. Creamy 1 1/2 finger head that sticks. Super floral aroma with a hint of citrus and a little malty sugar. Medium to heavy body with. Medium to light carbonation. This a dangerously well balanced beer. Bitter. Bitterness that is mild and pleasing to the palate. Piney, light malt, sweet, and even flora taste. Well done clown shoes. I think I have found a new favorite. Maybe I ask for a space cake for my birthday.

22 oz bomber into a tulip. Pours a standard clear dark amber with a finger or two of white foam. Nose is standard east coast style; caramel malts with bitter grapefruit and some piney resin. Just a hint of tropical juice. Taste is grapefruit and caramel ending with some orange. Big balance of hops and malt, really just right in the middle. Overall it’s a solid enough DIPA but it just hints at the juiciness of mosaic.
