Bottle. Pours a golden orange with a bright white head. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. A light malt sweetness underneath a medium, lasting bitterness. Very clean. Medium+ bodied, a touch soft, bitter finish. I am really loving Mosaic hops these days.

Bottle. Pour is beautiful. Lighter in color than I expected for a double. Creamy 1 1/2 finger head that sticks. Super floral aroma with a hint of citrus and a little malty sugar. Medium to heavy body with. Medium to light carbonation. This a dangerously well balanced beer. Bitter. Bitterness that is mild and pleasing to the palate. Piney, light malt, sweet, and even flora taste. Well done clown shoes. I think I have found a new favorite. Maybe I ask for a space cake for my birthday.

22 oz bomber into a tulip. Pours a standard clear dark amber with a finger or two of white foam. Nose is standard east coast style; caramel malts with bitter grapefruit and some piney resin. Just a hint of tropical juice. Taste is grapefruit and caramel ending with some orange. Big balance of hops and malt, really just right in the middle. Overall itís a solid enough DIPA but it just hints at the juiciness of mosaic.

Aroma is roasty malts, light earthiness, honey, caramel and lemon grass. Definitely some pleasant citrus and grapefruit. Taste is roasty malts balanced very well with a deep hop profile that is earthy and lemon grass that isnít overpowering. Appearance is a hazy orange body with a thin pearl head that retains fairly well.

Pour on tap at Happy Gnome, hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of nice orange juice, grapefruit, mango, slight peach into bread, biscuit. Taste was a mix of orange peel, grapefruit, mango, nice resin, pine into a bit of biscuit, more sweet fruit, finishing dry and bitter.

Pours a cloudy amber with a thick off white head. Aroma is malty with citrus. Taste is spicy with heavy bitterness on the tongue. Notes of citrus, malt, and spice. What an interesting beer. It is a double IPA so itís got a ton of hops, but itís still pretty smooth on the backend.

Great beer, lots of fruit, caramel, nuts... in the nose. Taste is quite bitter at the start, but lingers gracefully.
