COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like a stamp on a tramp, this beer is about not so subtle seduction. Soft but complex malts, Chambly yeast, sweet orange peel, Columbus, Amarillo, and Centennial hops have merged to create a bodacious Belgian IPA.

Bottle, 22oz. It forms a two-finger, off-white to light beige head over a lightly unclear, orange-golden body. Lacings. Lots of oranges, pine cones and malty sweetness on the nose. Some peach hints. The flavor is a bit sweet I think, but still very pleasant. Crystal malts, bitterness, sweetness, pine cones, peach notes and some orange peel in the flavor. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Bitterness in appropriate amounts in the end. Well, I donít find it very Belgian, but I find it very nice anyway. 120107

It had an opaque amber body with a white head that had good retention and decent lacing. Aroma had nice hop notes and a nice balance between caramel malts and biscuit malts, a slight ester note from the yeast. In the initial flavor caramel malts seemed a little more dominant than the biscuit malts. Hops had a nice grapefruit flavor and some pine. Needed more pine flavor in my opinion. I got a slight ester flavor from the yeast but not much. A decent beer overall, I was really expecting more from the yeast and hops. It was chilled that may have affected the flavor.

Dry pine mixed with yeast in aroma. The flavor is hoppy with a decent maltiness and a dry finish. Among the better examples of the style.
