COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Like a stamp on a tramp, this beer is about not so subtle seduction. Soft but complex malts, Chambly yeast, sweet orange peel, Columbus, Amarillo, and Centennial hops have merged to create a bodacious Belgian IPA.

1 pint bottle. Dark caramel color. Medium size off-white head appears and stays. Hops dominates the aroma. Quite mellow and smooth to drink. I can’t say it’s oily or buttery, but strangely it goes down so quickly and smoothly that I have feeling that it’s greased up. I can’t feel that 7% in taste or aroma, but there is certain warm feeling running down my throat with every sip. Mellow hoppy-sweet bitterness. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Haskells with commonmac and willyP and rosskyle. Nice orange color with very thick head and good lacing. Citrus hop fresh nose. Thick resin citrus. Alcohol present, as well as bitter pine, and lots of drying citrus. Fresh, aggressive, full, and tasty. Happy to go low class with this one.

Bottle purchased at Haskells. Consumed in a snifter glass. Very eye catching orange with cloudy character. Aroma is mostly citrus with some hop resin but offset by sweet candy sugars. Taste leans into tropical fruit with some grapefruit notes too. More sweet than expected making me think double IPA. I?m not finding much that brings to mind Belgian but I?m enjoying consumption. Recommended.

Beautiful head and Carmel color. Smell, taste, and finish a bit overly hoppy but still good. Not much in terms of the Belgian style noticed. Strong but good.

Keg @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours a rosy amber with lasting white head. Aroma is tangerine and mango. Tropical fruit hops dominate creating a moreish IPA bite. Couldn’t quite feel any Belgian aspects, no spice or whatnot, but a nice IPA nonetheless.

Bottle. Poured a clear rich and dark copper amber with a generous pillowy caramel off white head. Aroma is sweet citrus and fruit, very nice tangerine character. Taste is citrus hops with a nice grapefruit peel bitterness left on the palate. The malt smoothens it out with a subtle caramel backbone. This is a nice beer, I thought I was in for a cheep rendition with the name, she may have a stamp but this one’s no tramp!

17th Feb 2015: half-pint, on tap in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Tangerine coloured body with a full, lasting beige head. Big nose of citrus and piney hops, the taste leaning more towards a fruity maltiness with orange/tangerine flavours. Liquid marmalade feel to the whole brew: I liked it.

On tap, pours hazy yellow color, big frothy Belgian head. Aroma is hoppy, lemon, coriander, Belgian spices. Flavor is dank hops, very wet (not dry at all), lemon, some Belgian spices.

Bottle. Murky amber with a nice foamy beige head. Sweet floral hops, citrus (grapefruit), and pine. Yummy smelling. Taste is not quite as good as the nose. Has some major hops - grapefruit peel, orange, and pine. Very nice overall.
