Like a stamp on a tramp, this beer is about not so subtle seduction. Soft but complex malts, Chambly yeast, sweet orange peel, Columbus, Amarillo, and Centennial hops have merged to create a bodacious Belgian IPA.

Fridge temp out of the bottle is a little harsh. I get way too much booze for 7%. By the second half of the bomber it warms up and gets quite enjoyable. Nice balance of citrus hops and belgian ester tang. The yeast gives it a little creaminess.

Keg @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours a rosy amber with lasting white head. Aroma is tangerine and mango. Tropical fruit hops dominate creating a moreish IPA bite. Couldn’t quite feel any Belgian aspects, no spice or whatnot, but a nice IPA nonetheless.

Bottle. Poured a clear rich and dark copper amber with a generous pillowy caramel off white head. Aroma is sweet citrus and fruit, very nice tangerine character. Taste is citrus hops with a nice grapefruit peel bitterness left on the palate. The malt smoothens it out with a subtle caramel backbone. This is a nice beer, I thought I was in for a cheep rendition with the name, she may have a stamp but this one’s no tramp!

17th Feb 2015: half-pint, on tap in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Tangerine coloured body with a full, lasting beige head. Big nose of citrus and piney hops, the taste leaning more towards a fruity maltiness with orange/tangerine flavours. Liquid marmalade feel to the whole brew: I liked it.

On tap, pours hazy yellow color, big frothy Belgian head. Aroma is hoppy, lemon, coriander, Belgian spices. Flavor is dank hops, very wet (not dry at all), lemon, some Belgian spices.

dark orange 1 finger head that fades fast. nose is nice, a bit of caramelized malts, some brown sugar. nice orange and some stone fruit, piney but with a dried grapefruit peel. spicy up front and very yeasty finish.

Bottle. Murky amber with a nice foamy beige head. Sweet floral hops, citrus (grapefruit), and pine. Yummy smelling. Taste is not quite as good as the nose. Has some major hops - grapefruit peel, orange, and pine. Very nice overall.

Color ámbar ligeramente turbio y espuma marfil compacta. Aromas de pan, pomelo y pino. Cuerpo medio, inició maltoso moderado con final seco de amargor cítrico medio, resina y levadura.

Slightly hazy, golden-orange pour with white clingy head - this is a good looking brew! Smells of citrus, pine, and some esters - mouth watering. Flavor is malt and biscuit with some of the citrusy hop, but not very bitter, almost sweet in a way. Smooth mouthfeel and clean finish - I’ll be buying more soon!

A nice Belgian accented IPA with nice floral and zesty hops. The pour is a gorgeous bright golden orange with a thick, puffy yellowish head. Tons of lacing and light carbonation. The aroma is floral and estery with lemon and orange zest notes and a bit of clove. A nice toasted malt with caramel and toasty bread notes. The finish is moderately bitter with a nice blend of floral and spicy hop notes.
