COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In a world full of uncertainty, hardship, and people trying to hold us back, do we need the undead and trademark attorneys too? Clown Shoes says, "No, die, monsters, die!" Forces of darkness brought about a change in the name of this beer, which was released to celebrate our second anniversary, but it still sports signature dark malts, holy water, and malt smoked locally with hickory and ash.

Pours pitch black with a fine tan head. Nose is coffee, raisin, sweet wood smoke, rum, cocoa. Flavor is loads of coffee, some charcoal, dark chocolate, raisin. Loads of smoke on the finish that kind of catches in the back of the throat. Fairly heavy body, but not over the top. Pretty lovely. The smoke is great and balances the sweetness really well.

Poured from 22 oz. bottle. Opaque, brown-black with a 3-finger light brown head and good lacing. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, figs, raisins and a rotting forest log. Taste of chocolate, caramel, roasted malt, coffee, alcohol, dark fruit and molasses. Very rich dessert-like flavor. Full body and low carbonization with rich mouthfeel. A very rich and full imperial stout that is like a rich mocha dessert. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
