4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Backlog from December - Black with a brown, lacy, lasting, frothy, medium head. Smells of coffee, roast, chocolate, caramel, and light vanilla. Dry. Medium to full oily slick body. Tastes of sweet malt with a strong bitter lasting roasted finish. Light liquorish, caramel, and strong coffee. Nice sweet to bitter balance. Lasting finish. Nice Stout.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
22 ounce bottle labeled as Vampire Slayer. Pours a thicker black with a khaki colored head lof foam. The aroma is roasty with loads of dark, bitter chocolate. Taste has more of that bitter chocolate influence. Big body, low to medium carbonation, thick mouthfeel.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The malt of Vampire Slayer/Undead Party Crasher strikes me as slightly over toasted. Some appealing flavors and complexity are present but the smoke is a bit distracting.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bootle as "Vampire Slayer"
Pours basically black with a small head and decent lacing on the glass.
The aroma offers some grape drank & nail polish remover... as it warms there is some dark fruit and roastiness too, but the previous less fun aromas persist.
The beer is roasty with plenty of dark fruit, some light smokiness & some light bitterness. Itís boozy but nice, itís not overly sweet... not a bad flavor, and not a lot of the messiness of the aroma therein.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Black and syrupy, slight crimson hues, brown head. Smoky aroma wafting up from this one, followed by Mexican chocolate. The flavors are smoke, spice, chocolate, coffee, a little dark fruit as it warms. Good stuff but smoke may overpower it a bit.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours black with tan head and no lacing. Aroma is strong...chocolate, roasted malts, and ash. A little too much ash for me, but itís still good. Taste is the same. Wow, doesnít taste like 10 percent.
