In a world full of uncertainty, hardship, and people trying to hold us back, do we need the undead and trademark attorneys too? Clown Shoes says, "No, die, monsters, die!" Forces of darkness brought about a change in the name of this beer, which was released to celebrate our second anniversary, but it still sports signature dark malts, holy water, and malt smoked locally with hickory and ash.

On tap in a tulip .... Pours dark and smokey with a tight tan head. The legs are persistent. There is chocolate in the aroma as well as toasted malt and vanilla, which odd but very nice. The flavor is a sweet chocolate caramel with a subtle bitter bite around the cheeks. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22 oz bomber. Tasted on 10/30/14. Beer from Total Wine Dallas,TX. Pours to a jet black color with a dark tan medium head. The aroma was great with a ton of roasty dark chocolate, espresso, dark fruits& some good notes. Great flavor that is similar to the aroma. Great balance to hide the 10%ABV. Very good stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours out incredibly black and opaque with a head of thick, dark tan. An interesting take on an Imperial Stout with big robust and heavy roasted notes. A bit sweet and fruity in the middle with nice coffee and espresso notes. A bit of dark chocolate with nice heavy robsut notes. The finish is bitter with robust malts, light alcohol boozy notes and big in the mouthfeel. Overall a huge brew that satisfies my Imperial Stout craving.
