COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In a world full of uncertainty, hardship, and people trying to hold us back, do we need the undead and trademark attorneys too? Clown Shoes says, "No, die, monsters, die!" Forces of darkness brought about a change in the name of this beer, which was released to celebrate our second anniversary, but it still sports signature dark malts, holy water, and malt smoked locally with hickory and ash.

Rated on 10-30-2015 at 800 Degrees Three Fires (Fort Wayne, IN) This draft beer was presented with a very small light brown head that is fully lasting, opaque dark brown body, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, licorice, earthy, and sweet. This beer’s flavor is roasted, malt, chocolate, earthy, licorice, syrupy, light spice, light smoke, and some of the ABV comes through. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this is a medium bodied beer. A tasty beer and worth trying.

Bottle. Ashy aroma, a bit of fruit. Black colour. Small light brown colour. The flavour is roasted and quite sweet. Syrupy, sticky, and spicy, molasses. Late very roasted note, perhaps even smoked. Good, but a bit too sweet, I guess.

Sampled at GABF 2105. In the tasting glass was black. Tan foam. Big nose of dark ripe fruit and roasted malts. Medium plus body. Flavor is rich and the mats and hops are in good balance. Fruity and bitter finish. Great malt character carry this one.
