In a world full of uncertainty, hardship, and people trying to hold us back, do we need the undead and trademark attorneys too? Clown Shoes says, "No, die, monsters, die!" Forces of darkness brought about a change in the name of this beer, which was released to celebrate our second anniversary, but it still sports signature dark malts, holy water, and malt smoked locally with hickory and ash.

On tap. Pours an opaque black with a large, long lasting, frothy, beige head that leaves plenty of lacing. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, licorice, dark chocolate, coffee and a hint of smoke. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate, licorice and coffee with warming alcohol in the finish. Full body with a rich, creamy, smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Excellent.

Bomber into wine glass. Pours dark with a creamy quickly fading head. Strong nose of coffee, prime, port, caramel. Almost like mocha coffee in the mouth, thick creamy and roast. The barest hint of alcohol. Long, lingering finish of more roasted chocolate, coffee, and a bit of sweet. Goes down too easily, could be dangerous!
