Hoppy Feet guy extinguished evil via a sharp stake through an undead chest. Now, Blaecorn Unidragon, full of fury, has expelled another bloodsucker from Earth. We hate vampires, but love Vampire Slayer, which we blended in equal parts with Blaecorn Unidragon, bourbon barrel aging the mix to beget Very Angry Beast.

Note: A blend of bourbon barrel aged Vampire Slayer and bourbon barrel aged Blaecorn Unidragon.

UPDATED: MAR 27, 2014 Bottle: Thanks, Kevin. Black, light tan head that fades quick. Aroma is bourbon, sweet dark fruits, big vanilla and some coconut, nice wet oak and some decent roast. Taste is oaky bourbon, vanilla, light sweet chocolate, some dark prunes and a touch of astringent cola on the back end. Mild creamy, residual sweetness on the back, too. Thinner mouth feel than expected but still a nice body.

Bottle. Apperance is black oil with an inch of mocha head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate, anise, and coffee. Taste is roasted malts, oak, coffee, ash, finishes with bitter coffee roast, light spice with. lots of heat in the back. Body is a bit thin, medium carbonation. Not bad, not a ton of barrel, and the body is a bit thin, gets really tasty once it warms up, good overall.

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, thick black pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of bourbon, dark chocolate, vanilla, lots of roasted malt with smoky notes, touch of brownie, sweet molasses. Taste is big bourbon, oak, roast, and coffee into a bit of ashy smoky notes, quickly replaced by big brownie, molasses, finishing sweet.

clown shoes does this very well. Solid base, huge big roasty ash bomb, good bitterness, and a great vanilla, caramel barrel. Delicious brownie batter.

"New favorite clown shoes beer, really bordering on "elite" status for this one. While I’ve liked a kot of their beers, and really liked a couple, this is the first one I loved. Solid across the board...good balance in the aroma between barrels, roast, raisiny and chocolatey stout goodness and smoke. Same in the flavor, though the barrel is a tad heavier here. Good barrels, though. Decadent. The alcohol shows, but not as a detrement. Body is very nice.

22 ounce bottle into snifter, bottled on 7/18/2013. Pours dense pitch black color with a 1-2 finger dense tan head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of big dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, roasted malt, fudge, toast, vanilla, coconut, toffee, bourbon, oak, brown sugar, and roast/oaky earthiness. Incredible aromas with awesome complexity and balance of dark/roasted malt and bourbon barrel notes; with great strength. Taste of big dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, roasted malt, fudge, toast, vanilla, coconut, toffee, bourbon, oak, brown sugar, and roast/oak earthiness. Fair amount of roasted bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, roast, fudge, toast, vanilla, coconut, toffee, bourbon, oak, and roast/oaky earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity and balance of big dark/roasted malt and bourbon barrel flavors; with a great roasted malt bitterness/sweetness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a very smooth, creamy, and lightly slick/chalky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with only a light warming present after the finish. Overall this is an incredible barrel aged imperial stout. All around fantastic complexity and balance of big dark/roasted malt and bourbon barrel flavors; and very smooth to sip on for the big ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.
